Event Details

Cal Shakes is pleased to welcome Professor Joel Altman's class to a performance of Twelfth Night at the Bruns Amphitheater on Wednesday, October 1. The performance begins at 7:30pm; the grounds open two hours before the performance to allow you time to relax and picnic in one of our lush eucalyptus groves.

Your tickets to Twelfth Night are available on this site or by phone at 510.548.3422 x118. All tickets will be held at will call, with valid ID required to pick them up. All sales are final; no refunds nor exchanges.

Cal Shakes' Bruns Amphitheater is an outdoor venue; comfortable, casual clothing is customary. Please make sure to bring a jacket as the East Bay nights can get chilly once the sun goes down.

The Bruns Amphitheater is located just east of the Caldecott Tunnel in Orinda, approximately 15 minutes from downtown Berkeley. The theater is accessible by BART; just take the Pittsburg Bay Point train to Orinda, then catch the free shuttle from the Orinda BART station to the theater lobby. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes, beginning 90 minutes before curtain, and returns you to the Orinda BART at the end of the performance. There is also plenty of free parking onsite if you decide to drive.
